Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we only accept returns for items that have been properly requested; any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you've received the incorrect item, contact us right away. We'll promptly assess the issue and make things right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this time frame, you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The same return conditions apply, including the item being in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
